PLEASE NOTE: Due to the challenges posed by COVID-19, returns by mail can take up to 2-3 weeks to process. We appreciate your patience as we work to process returns as quickly and safely as possible.

 

 Can I return my products if I am not satisfied? As stated upon checkout, all sales are final. Unless your item was damaged upon arrival. If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately at CustomerService@melaninmoney.com and include a picture of the damage.

 

Can I exchange my product for a different item or size? Yes! Please note, that if the item is of greater value, price adjustments may apply. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. 

 

How do I track my order? You will receive an order confirmation email within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise.  If you do not receive an email, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly. 

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact us.
You will also receive a shipping notification email when your order ships (although there are a few exceptions in cases where your item ships from an off-site distribution center). For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.
Finally, you will receive a delivery confirmation email when your package has been delivered.
If you deleted or never received any of these emails – or if you need help – please contact us (customerservice@melaninmoney.com).

 

How can I make changes to my order? Once you submit your order, in most cases, it cannot be changed or canceled. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to modify it.  You are welcome to attempt to email us and if we can make the adjustment, we will. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. I only received part of my order, what happened? Don’t worry!  In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we went on and shipped what we had on hand at the warehouse, there was a card in your package stating this. We receive shipments regularly and will fulfill the rest of your order soon. We’ll be sure to send you the other tracking number as soon as possible!

 

What happens if I don't receive my order on time? Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.

 

What happens if my package gets lost or stolen? Melanin Money is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. Melanin Money in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!
