Shipping
Shipping Policy
Our products ship with standard ship times in accordance with the option selected during checkout unless otherwise stated. Some items may be marked as pre-order and are subject to ship times that extend beyond the standard times for selected at checkout. If an item is marked as pre-order we advise that you select standard shipping rates as your item will not go out express or expedited while still in the pre-order phase. Lost Packages/Stolen Packages
Please know your correct address and review it thoroughly before confirming your purchase. We use completely automated shipping software to insure that whatever address you enter is where your package will be delivered.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have ZERO ability to assist you with tracking, failed deliveries, or lost/stolen packages. These issues can only be handled by contacting the courier directly. It is your responsibility to provide a correct mailing address where your items can be safely delivered. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the courier confirms them as being delivered. These claims must be taken up with the courier and/or local law enforcement.
Melanin Money is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. Melanin Money in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!
Entered Address Incorrectly?
In the event that you incorrectly enter your address, Melanin Money reserves the right to refuse a refund or reshipment of your order. Basically, if you don't know your own address, that's not our fault. By purchasing from this website you are agreeing to these terms and waive all rights to report such failed shipments as fraudulent or responsibility of the shipper.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise. If you do not receive an email, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.
If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact us.You will also receive ashipping notification emailwhen your order ships (although there are a few exceptions in cases where your item ships from an off-site distribution center). For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.Finally, you will receive adelivery confirmation emailwhen your package has been delivered.If you deleted or never received any of these emails – or if you need help – please contact us (customerservice@melaninmoney.com).
How can I make changes to my order?
Once you submit your order it cannot be changed or canceled. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to modify it.

If the customer needs a different size, they are financially responsible for sending the product back to Melanin Money HQ.

Can I return my products if I am not satisfied?
As stated upon checkout, all sales are final. Unless your item was damaged upon arrival. If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately at CustomerService@melaninmoney.com and include a picture of the damage.
